| Preceding year level sales was maintained with slightly decreased BLDC motors though export of main line chip varistors increased. Net profit decreased with increased interest expenses and loss from disposal of negotiable instruments though operating income increased slightly with cost ratio lowered by sales growth. Financial stability slightly degraded with reduced debt ratio and debt dependence with increased short-term borrowings. |
| BLDC motor sales will grow actively while sales growth of chip varistors will be maintained with active performance of downstream mobile handset business. Approval by customers of newly started power inductors will function as new midand long-term growth engine. Smooth cash flow is expected with solid operating cash flow though a substantial portion of short-term borrowings needs be repaid. |
