Operating income increased over the preceding year same period with rising product prices while fixed cost decreased with sales growth though material prices increased. Cash flow is smooth with inventory decreased and trade payables increased as low-price raw materials and product inventory have been sold at high prices. |

Profit will increase as fixed cost will decrease with enhanced productivity and sales growth though price will hardly rise as international nickel price rise slows down. Price competitiveness will be enhanced as steel price will rise as China controls steel exports and currency revaluation slows down. |
