| The firm was converted to a holding company thru personal division at the ratio of 0.73:0.27 (Hanjin Heavy Industries vs. Hanjin Heavy Indu&Const. Holdings). As the land in Incheon city that the firm holds was converted to industrial site from green area, firm is likely to easily secure working capital with asset value increase. Firm's sales increase and operating profit improving speed are forecast to be quicker, when the orders in 2005 are reflected to the firm's sales from the second half of 2007. |
