Despite reduced biz revenue, operating ratio and profitability improved, owing to decline of cost to sales ratio. Smooth financial structure continues, in view of improvement in debt ratio thru reduced short-term loans, despite low liquidity ratio. |
| Biz revenue growth is expected thanks to courier industry's growth, expansion of agricultural products' packing, and demand increase in corrugated cardboard. Cost burden shrinkage is forecast, because of stabilization of waste paper prices and exchange rate decline trend, and profitability improvement is expected to continue, thanks to expansion of gain on valuation of investments using the equity method stemming from performance improvement of subsidiaries. No specific difficulties in cash flows are expected, in view of continuous cash inflow from operating activities. |
