| It has acquired Dongbu electronics, non-memory semiconductor producer in May 2007 and will restructure the business into agricultural chemical, material and semiconductor sectors. Net loss is recorded due to the worse non-operating account despite the improved operating account amid the sharp increase of the sales in the first half resulting from the M&A. It has acquired 51% of the SETI, which being split from the Seoul electronic telecom by inputting 12.2billion won in July 2007. |
| The operation in DMOS image sensor and display driver chip will be intensified with the acquisition of the share of SETI succeeding TomatoLSI take-over. It has successfully developed the Library for LDI(LCD driver IC) of 130 nano level and it will provide it to the semiconductor design company at home and abroad. The main two sectors for itself foundtry, display drive chip and CMOS image sensor are secured by the take-overs and it will turn into the complex semiconductor company. |
