According to the Bank of Korea (BOK), Korea's current account surplus posted US$3.97 billion in April, down from the previous month's US$4.93 billion. The country's current account has remained in the black for 15 straight months, but the reading fell as companies' payment of stock dividends to foreign investors rose, the central bank explained.
